This is one of the most refreshing bubble teas you can make, I use fresh honeydew in my recipe – so unlike the boba shop version, there are no artificial flavors or colors. It’s super simple to make at home – you may never go back to the syrup/powder version again.

Ingredients
- 4 Green Tea Bags
- 2 Cups Boiling Hot Water
- ½ Cup Milk
- ½ Honeydew Melon, remove seeds and cut into large cubes
- ¼ Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Servings of prepared Boba Pearls
Method
- 1)
Steep 4 Green Tea Bags in 2 Cups of Boiling Hot Water for 4 Minutes, remove the tea bags, stir in ¼ Cup Granulated Sugar and let the tea cool to room temperature.
- 2)
Place the Honeydew pieces into a blender, add the cooled tea, ½ Cup Milk and blend on high for a minute or until the honeydew looks blended. Pour the mixture through a nut milk bag and squeeze out all the liquid. You can also strain through fine mesh strainer, use a silicone spatula to press the pulp to remove as much liquid as possible. Discard the pulp. Add boba pearls to 2 Serving glasses, add ice and pour in the honeydew milk tea. Enjoy!
