I make yogurt in my Instant Pot (recipe here) every week and I’m always trying to find fun ways to get my kids to eat it. I already had these gummy bear molds (link to ones I used here) from making Elderberry Gummy Bears so I thought my kids would enjoy having some Frozen Yogurt Bears. It’s so funny how kids love eating cute food, if I placed a bowl of yogurt in front of them they almost never finish it, but I gave them these and they thought it was a huge treat!

Frozen Yogurt Bears Recipe

  • Prep time: 10 minutes
  • Serves: 3

  • ¾ Cup Yogurt
  • 5 Strawberries , or berries of your choice
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey, optional

  • 1)

Add ¾ Cup Yogurt, 5 Strawberries and 1 Teaspoon of Honey to your blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth. Pour the yogurt into a bowl.

  • 2)

Place the gummy bear molds onto a baking sheet to keep them flat. Using the dropper, fill the gummy bear molds with the yogurt mixture. The recipe is just enough to fill 3 Molds (150 Bears). Place the baking sheet into the freezer for 4 hours or until the bears are frozen solid.

  • 3)

Pop the bears out of mold  into a bowl and Enjoy!
