Instant Pot Chicken Bone Broth Recipe

  • Prep time: 5 minutes
  • Cook time: 60 minutes
  • Serves: 8 Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 Roasted Chicken Carcass, include any bones and skin
  • 8 Cups Water
  • 2 Carrots, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Celery Stalk, coarsely chopped
  • ½ Onion, peeled
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

Method

  • 1)

    Place all the ingredients into the Instant Pot. Seal the lid and choose High Pressure / Manual and set for 60 Minutes. When the timer is up wait 15 minutes before switching the knob to venting. When the pin drops, open the lid and strain the broth and discard the bones and veggies. Refrigerate and use within 5 days. If you freeze it, it can last up to 6 months. Enjoy!
