Kabocha and Chicken Dumpling Soup, a delicious and nourishing soup recipe that’s quick and easy to make using frozen dumplings!

Add Kabocha and Ginger slices to a pot, add 4 Cups Chicken Broth and bring to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1 Teaspoon Chicken Bouillon, 1 Teaspoon Fine Sea Salt, Wei Chuan Vegetable and Chicken Dumplings. Once it comes back to a simmer, give it a quick stir, cover and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Taste and season the broth with more salt if needed.
Ladle into serving bowl and top with Chopped Cilantro, Chopped Green Onion and Chili Oil. Enjoy!
