Egg Bites have become one of the most popular dishes for breakfast or high protein snack. Most people know of them from Starbucks, but you can buy them at grocery stores and even Costco now. Egg Bites are similar to frittatas, but the texture is smoother and creamier. I’m going to show you how to make them at home using a KitchenBoss Sous Vide Cooker This recipe is a great starting point and you can customize them by adding other ingredients like bacon, sausage or even chorizo.

Fill the jars about 80% full with the egg bites batter
Attach the bracket to the pot, then place the KitchenBoss Sous Vide G320 into the bracket. Fill the pot with water so it’s above the minimum fill line, but below the max line.
Once KitchenBoss Sous Vide G320 is done preheating the water, you’ll hear a beep sound, and the egg bites jars are ready to be submerged
You can also serve the egg bites directly in the jars
