I air fried the wings in an Instant Omni Pro, but any air fryer should work well. If you have the basket type, you’ll probably have to cook the wings in two batches. Baking Powder might sound like odd ingredient for wings, but it slightly changes the ph level of the chicken, which helps to lower the temperate at which the Miallard reaction occurs, helping to develop a brown, crispy texture.
