Dirty Matcha Latte aka Matcha Espresso Fusion at Starbucks, this is my husbands favorite mid-day drink (he has it unsweetened though) – it only takes me about 2 minutes to make since I use Trader Joe’s Cold Brew Concentrate, but you can also use a shot of espresso instead.

Ingredients
- 1½ Teaspoons Matcha Powder
- 3 Teaspoons Sugar, divided
- 1 Cup Milk, Almond Milk or Soy Milk
- ¼ Cup Water
- ¼ Cup Trader Joe’s Cold Brew Concentrate or 1 Shot of Espresso
- Ice
- Handheld Frother
Method
- 1)
Use a tall glass, add ¼ Cup Water, 1½ Teaspoons Matcha Powder, 2 Teaspoons of Sugar and use a handheld frother to mix until the matcha is dissolved. Fill glass with ice and pour in 1 Cup of Milk.

Use a separate glass, add ¼ Cup Trader Joe’s Cold Brew Concentrate and 1 Teaspoon of Sugar, use a handheld frother to mix for about 20 seconds until frothy. Top the matcha latte with the cold brew and Enjoy!
