You can use any flavor whole milk ice cream, it will take on a light flavor of whatever you use. You mix melted ice cream with flour, sugar and baking power – it’s not quite bread and and it’s not quite cake – it’s similar to quick bread like corn bread or pumpkin bread. Ice Cream Bread has a tender crumb, it’s slightly sweet & tastes amazing served warm with butter!
