This Ebi Katsu Burger (Shrimp Cutlet Burger) is inspired by the ebi katsu burger served at Mos Burger, one of the most popular fast food chains in Japan. This is easy to make, since I use the shrimp burger patties from Trader Joe’s (just defrost them in the fridge overnight). The patties are coated in panko crumbs and fried until they are golden and crispy – it’s very simple to make and so delicious! *Watch my 30 second Instagram Recipe Video here
You can use a mandolin slicer to cut really fine cabbage shreds
You can top it with plain tartar sauce like they do at Mos Burger, but I added sriracha to the tartar sauce to give it a slight kick
