These Elderberry Syrup Popsicles will make it fun and easy to boost your child’s immune system.  I usually give my kids  1 of these mini popsicles or Elderberry Gummy Bears for their daily serving of Elderberry Syrup.  You can find these mini popsicle molds on Amazon here – each individual mold holds 1 fluid oz

Elderberries have been used as a remedy for thousands of years to prevent and treat colds and influenza. These magical little berries boost antioxidant levels which can shorten our cold duration—but more importantly this syrup will help deal with that pesky phlegm that never seems to go away.

You can buy Elderberry Syrup from your local health food store or you can making your own with my recipe here:  Elderberry Syrup Recipe

Natural Immunity Booster / Cold & Flu Remedy

Ingredients

  • 4 Teaspoons Elderberry Syrup
  • Orange Juice, or your favorite Juice

Method

  • 1)

Fill each mini popsicle mold with 1 Teaspoon of Elderberry syrup.  Top off each mold with your favorite juice.

  • 2)

Insert the popsicle handles into the mold and freeze for about 4 hours.  It makes it easier to get the popsicles out of the molds if you run warm water over the bottom of the molds before pulling out the frozen popsicles.  1 Popsicle is the daily serving for kids.
