Ingredients
- Hatch Chiles
- Oil for coating
Method
- 1)
Pre-heat your oven to 475°F for a standard oven or 450°F for an air fryer oven. Lightly oil the hatch chilies. Cover you baking sheet with parchment or foil and lay the chiles on the baking sheet.

Standard Oven: bake at 475°F for 15-20 minutes or until they look charred.
Countertop Air Fryer / Convection oven: bake at 450°F with convection on for 13-15 minutes or until they look charred.

Immediately place the chiles into a heat safe glass bowl and cover with plastic wrap, let them steam for 10 minutes. Peel off the skin and use the roasted hatch chiles in your favorite recipes. Enjoy!
