Ingredients
- 1 Teaspoon Matcha
- 1½ Cups Milk
- ⅓ Cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1 Candy Cane or (4 drops Peppermint Extract + 1 Teaspoon Sugar)
- Whipped Cream
- Handheld Frother
Method

Pour 1½ Cups Milk into a sauce pan, use medium low heat and bring to a slight simmer. Add ⅓ Cup White Chocolate Chips to a mug, pour in the hot milk and let it sit for 2 minutes. Use a handheld frother or stir well to combine.
*Add peppermint extract + sugar in this step if you don’t have a candy cane

In a separate cup, add ¼ Cup Water and 1 Teaspoon Matcha, use a handheld frother or matcha whisk to stir until the matcha is dissolved. Pour into the mug, top with whipped cream, crushed candy canes, garnish with a candy cane. Use the candy cane to stir, once the bottom portion has dissolved, drop the rest of the candy into the mug. Enjoy!
