These Crab Rolls are very similar to Lobster Rolls, without all the extra work. I used lump crab meat and tossed it with a few other staple pantry items. These are so quick to make and they are absolutely delicious. Enjoy them with some crispy potato chips and a large iced tea or pale ale!
Crab Rolls Recipe
Prep time: 10 minutes
- Prep time: 10 minutes
- Serves: 2
- 1 Cup Lump Crab Meat
- ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Celery Stalk, finely diced
- 1 Teaspoon Parsley, finely chopped
- ¼ Teaspoon Kosher Salt

- 2 Split Top Buns
- 2 Teaspoon Butter

In a bowl, add ¼ Cup of Mayonnaise, 1 Teaspoon of Fresh Lemon Juice, 3 Tablespoons of finely diced Celery Stalk, 1 Teaspoon of finely chopped Parsley, ¼ Teaspoon of Kosher Salt and some Ground Black Pepper to taste. Mix everything well. Add 1 Cup of Lump Crab Meat, gently toss the crab in the mayo mixture, try to not break up the crab lumps.
In a skillet, melt 2 Teaspoons of Butter and grill your split top buns on both sides so they are lightly toasted.
Place a piece of lettuce in your buns and scoop the crab mixture into the buns. Garnish with chopped Chives and a sprinkle of Paprika for color. Enjoy with Salt and Vinegar potato chips!
