I picked up some delicious organic yellow corn at the market for today’s BBQ. I steamed them in the Instant Pot then finished them on the grill (you can steam them with or without the husk). They were absolutely perfect!
Instant Pot Corn on the Cob Recipe

- Serves: 4
- 4 Corn on the Cob, or as many as you can stack in your Instant Pot
Add 1 Cup of Water into your Instant Pot, place a trivet or steamer basket into the pot and stack the corn into the pot. Seal the the Instant Pot lid and switch the knob to Sealing. Set the Instant Pot to High Pressure / Manual for 2 Minutes.
Once the timer is up, carefully switch the knob to Venting to quickly release the steam. Once the pin drops, open the lid and remove the corn. You can serve the corn as is or finish it on the grill – it’s delicious slathered with salted butter. Enjoy!
