Place 4 Teaspoons Baking Powder, ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt, ¼ Teaspoon Paprika, ¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder, ¼ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper into a large bowl and stir to combine. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly. Place the wings into the rotisserie basket and lock the basket. Press the red lever on the Vortex and load the rod into the left side first then rest the rod into the groove on the right side. Close the door and choose Air Fry at 400°F for 35 Minutes, then press the Rotate button. Check if you like the coloring, add a few more minutes if you like them extra crispy. Use the Y shaped lifter to remove the basket, use oven mitts to open the basket.
Make the Buffalo Wing Sauce, by combining ⅓ Cup Frank’s Hot Sauce, 1 Tablespoon Texas Pete Hot Sauce or your favorite hot sauce, 5 Tablespoons Salted Butter, ¼ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, ⅛ Teaspoon Garlic Powder and Dash Worcestershire Sauce in a sauce pan. Turn on low heat and stir until the butter has melted. Toss the wings in the sauce and plate. Enjoy!
