I always love ordering mango lassi at my favorite Indian restaurants. It’s an absolutely delicious and refreshing drink made with mangos, yogurt and a touch cardamon that adds a lovely and distinctive flavor – it’s perfectly for cooling down your palette and your body in warm weather!
Mango Lassi Recipe (Mango & Yogurt Smoothie)

- 2 Cups Chopped Mango
- 1½ Cups Yogurt
- ⅛ Teaspoon Ground Cardamon
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 10 Ice Cubes
Add all the ingredients into a blender, blend on high until you have a completely smooth mixture. If you want a thinner consistency, you can add a little bit of milk or cream.
Pour into glasses to serve and garnish with mint or a crushed cardamon pod.
