This is a unique coffee recipe, usually only found in Vietnam. I live near Little Saigon in California and I have never seen this available at any shops. Luckily it is very easy to make and super delicious!

  • 2-4 tablespoons Condensed Milk
  • 2 Raw Egg Yolks
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Paste or Extract

METHOD

  • 1)

Place your egg yolks into a mixer and mix on high for 2 minutes.

  • 2)

Add 2 Tablespoons of condensed milk, sugar and vanilla and mix on high until very thick and frothy (about 3-5 minutes).  Add more condensed milk to your liking.

  • 3)

With the mixer on high, take 1 Tablespoon of the hot coffee and drizzle into the egg mixture slowly. Mix for another minute on high, the egg mixture should be thick and creamy.

  • 4)

Pour 6 oz of coffee into your each cup, then top with your egg mixture. Mix and enjoy!
