I make yogurt every week in my Instant Pot, I started making these smoothies to change things up a bit and it’s perfect for a quick breakfast. They’re also a big hit with my kids, I love that I can give them a drink that’s nutritious, packed with vitamins and probiotics. I make them ahead of time and just refrigerate them in the bottles, so they are great for grab and go!
Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

- 1½ Cups Yogurt
- 1 Cup Strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 Tablespoons Honey, optional
Add the 1½ Cups of Yogurt, 1 Cup of Strawberries and 2 Tablespoons of Honey to your blender. If you’re already using sweetened yogurt, you might not need to add the honey. Blend well until the mixture is complete smooth, this takes about 1-2 minutes in my Vitamix blender. Taste it and add more honey if you prefer it sweeter.
If your yogurt is very thick, you can thin out the smoothie with a little bit of milk.
Serve and enjoy! You can also make these ahead of time and store them in bottles in the refrigerator. Just give it a little shake before drinking.
