If you’re Vietnamese then you already know and love this drink. If you haven’t tried it yet then you’re probably thinking wtf? Give it a try though! You’ll be surprised at how delicious it is – it’s super creamy and the flavor of sweetened condensed milk and avocado is perfectly balanced. You can buy this at almost any Vietnamese Restaurant or Deli, but it’s so easy to make at home I hardly ever order out. Vietnamese Avocado Milkshake Recipe (Sinh Tố Bơ)

- 1 Ripe Medium Avocado
- ⅓ Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ⅓ Cup Milk
- 10 Ice Cubes
- Pinch of Kosher Salt
Place the avocado flesh, ⅓ Cup of Sweetened Condensed Milk, ⅓ Cup of Milk, 10 Ice Cubes and a Pinch of Kosher Salt into a blender and blend on high until it’s completely smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy with a straw or spoon 😀
