Nutella Mocha Latte Recipe

Easy 3-minute recipe for a delicious Nutella Mocha Latte, basically the longest part is simmering the milk since I use Trader Joe’s instant coffee. If you don’t like to use instant coffee, just substitute with a double shot of espresso. I also top with shaken cream (which is optional), but it’s so good with it! I learned the trick for shaken cream from Philz Coffee shop, the cream will float on top of the latte instead of sinking to the bottom.

Nutella Mocha Latte Recipe

Ingredients

2½ Tablespoons Nutella
1 Tablespoon Instant Coffee or Double shot Espresso
1½ Cup Milk
2-3 Tablespoons Heavy Cream (optional)

Method

1)
Add 1½ Cup Milk into a saucepan and bring to simmer. Use a heat proof pitcher or carafe, add 1 Tablespoon Instant Coffee or Double shot Espresso, 2½ Tablespoons Nutella, hot milk and use a handheld frother to mix until the Nutella is melted then pour into a mug.

Add 2-3 Tablespoons Heavy Cream to small jar, close the lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds, top the mocha latte with the cream, Enjoy!

This is absolutely delicious. There was a coffee shop in Bend, Oregon that makes these. Now I can have them without having to travel so far! Thank you for the recipe.
