This is a quick and easy method to broil salmon an an air fryer. I use an Instant Omni Plus Oven (check current price here), but this recipe should work well in any Air Fryer Oven.

Ingredients
- 2 6oz Salmon Fillets, about 1 inch thick
- Kosher Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil
Method

Coat the Salmon Fillets with oil, then lay them on a tray covered with foil. Generously sprinkle on some Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper. Place on the top rack of the air fryer oven, and choose Broil at 450°F for 8 Minutes (no need to flip).
