Bloody Lychee Sake Martini Recipe for Halloween

Ingredients
- ½ Cup Sake
- 3 Tablespoons Lychee Syrup from canned lychee
- 3 Tablespoons Tablespoons Pomegranate Juice
- 2 Whole Lychees (canned)
- 2 Blueberries
- Red Food Coloring
Method

Make the bloody eyeballs by putting the blueberries into the center of the lychees. Place them onto two skewers, use red food coloring and a toothpick/skewer to paint bloody veins on the eyeballs and tops of the skewers. Place them into your serving glass. *Optional, you can also add more lychee eyeballs to the bottom of the glass

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add ½ Cup Sake, ¼ Cup Lychee Syrup and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain the drink into the serving glass, and top with 3 Tablespoons Pomegranate Juice. Enjoy!
