These Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings are super easy to make in an air fryer – the wings come out perfectly golden and crisp.
I use an Instant Omni Plus Oven (check current price here), but this recipe should work well in any Air Fryer Oven.

In a large bowl, combine 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder, ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt, ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder & 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch. Toss the wings to coat evenly. Brush the basket with a little bit of oil so the wings don’t stick and place the wings into the basket.
**Make sure you are using Baking Powder and NOT Baking Soda – baking soda will make the wings inedible.
Choose Air Fry at 400°F for 30 Minutes, flip half way through (add an extra 5 minutes if you want them extra crispy). Melt 4 Tablespoons Salted Butter in a large sauce pan, once the butter has melted, add ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder and stir to combine. Toss the wings in the garlic butter and sprinkle on 2 Tablespoons of Grated Parmesan. Plate the wings, sprinkle on more parmesan and garnish with finely chopped parsley. Enjoy!
