Strawberries and Cream, a super simple dessert that can be made in about 10 minutes. I use cream cheese whipped cream, because I like the thicker and creamier texture and the flavor pairs really well with strawberries. You can also make the whipped cream ahead of time, keep it covered and refrigerated, then put together the parfaits right before serving.

Place the sliced Strawberries into a bowl and sprinkle on 2 Tablespoons of Granulated Sugar and toss gently to coat the strawberries. Set aside
Add 4oz of Cream Cheese and ⅓ Cup Granulated Sugar to a stand mixer, mix on med-high speed for about 3 minutes, it should look smooth. Scrape the bowl as needed. With the mixer on med-high speed, slowly pour in 1 Cup Heaving Whipping Cream down the side of the bowl. Add ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract, turn to high speed and continue to mix until thick and creamy. Place the whipped cream into a pastry bag fitted with star piping tip
Use glass cups or jars, add a layer of strawberry slices, then pipe a layer of whipped cream and repeat as needed depending on the glass height. Enjoy!
