Ingredients
- Trader Joe’s Ready To Bake Pizza Dough
- 1½ Cups Trader Joe’s Shaved Brussels Sprouts
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- ⅓ Cup Trader Joe’s Garlic Spread-Dip
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, divided
- ¼ Teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
- Trader Joe’s Balsamic Glaze
Method
- 1)
Let the Trader Joe’s Pizza Dough sit out at room temperature for about 1 hour. Pre-heat oven to 500°F for 25 minutes.
- 2)
Drizzle 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil onto a pizza pan or baking sheet. Oil your hands slightly and form the dough into a ball, place onto the pan and drizzle a little olive oil on top. Use you hands to press & stretch it into a circular shape, 13 inches in diameter. If it won’t stretch, let it rest for 10-15 minutes, then try again.
- 3)
Spread ⅓ Cup Trader Joe’s Garlic Spread-Dip onto the dough, top with Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. In a bowl, add 1½ Cups of Trader Joe’s Shaved Brussels Sprouts, 2 Teaspoons of Olive Oil, ¼ Teaspoon Fine Sea Salt, toss to combine well. Evenly sprinkle the Brussels Sprouts on top of the pizza.
- 4)
Bake at 500°F on the lower third rack (just below center) of the oven for 10-13 Minutes. The crust should be crisp on the bottom. Drizzle Balsamic Glaze on the pizza, sprinkle on Ground Black Pepper, slice and Enjoy!
