You can use store bought macarons or use my macaron recipe here
Use a small heart shaped cutter to cut the strawberries or cut the strawberries into a heart shape with a pairing knife.

Use a small heart cutter to cut the strawberries into heart shapes. You can also use a sharp pairing knife to cut the top of the strawberries into a heart shape. Cut the Apple diagonally into ¾ inch slices and use a small cutter with the shape of your choice and cut out 4 pieces.

Tie ribbons on the ends of the skewers. Insert the strawberry hearts, apple pieces and top with a macaron. Enjoy these immediately or within a few hours.
